Hello! My name is Polina Kharitonova and now I am a student of third grade in Vatel, Moscow. Our school provides us with an incredible opportunity to have an internship in France for at least three months. In the middle of my second year I was able to have an internship in the most luxury winter resort Courchevel. I was a trainee in a restaurant of a five-star Hotel Le K2 Altitude. I spent the whole winter in the marvelous Alps. This internship helped me to realize how challenging it is to work in an international collective, with people of different culture and different principles of organization of a working process. It is very important to find the method of communicating with everybody in this collective, otherwise your internship would be difficult because you will have to work with these people everyday. I gained a lot of experience during this internship and I am absolutely sure that winter internship is worth having.

P.S. My birthday is in January and I have always had a dream to visit a restaurant with Michelin stars. In Courchevel there are some of them and my friends and I decided to visit one on my birthday. That was absolutely incredible experience that I will never forget.
