and I am currently a second-year student at International Business School Vatel-RIAT (Moscow). Today I would like to give a brief talk about a great opportunity, proposed by Vatel School. I am talking about my expectations from the Marco Polo Program. My deep love for Hospitality Sphere started at school when I was looking for the specialization where I could use my good knowledge of English and French and could develop my leadership and creative skills. As a result, I opted for International Hospitality Management School Vatel, not only because it gives brilliant career opportunities for students, but also instils a love of what you have decided to do in your life. However, the most significant criterion of this choice was my enthusiasm to study the Marco Polo program during the third year. Firstly, the main aim of this program for me is to try the European way of education that is completely different from the Russian methods of learning. As the tourism industry is the leading sector of European economy, undoubtedly, it presents the best conditions to study hospitality and tourism management. When I think of Europe, I think of its dynamism, progress and technologies, implemented in the Hotel sector. As it rapidly develops, I am looking forward to experiencing its quality of service from the inside and this would allow me to gain a deeper knowledge of the local market and hospitality culture. That is why I am aiming to discover new habits, to go for new adventures and to share my passion for the hospitality industry with hotel professionals. I am convinced that Marco Polo Program would help me to achieve the best level of knowledge, know-how and skills that I aim to obtain for my professional career.
