and I would like to tell you about the internship in Nimes, which is held by almost all Vatel students after the first year of education. We have been working in training hotel in different departments: patisserie, kitchen, restaurant. Sometimes it was challenging but always very interesting. I have gained a lot of useful skills there. At the weekends we went on excursions to neighboring cities, so there was no time to be bored. It was great that our whole group was together, we supported each other. Also, many thanks to the team of the hotel that taught us a lot.
